Implementation
How is the Solution Installed?
Can be installed on Site or in the Cloud & will be configured to the scope identified in the Scope Collection Form.
1. Complete the Scope Collection Form or Discovery Meeting & Get a Price
The first step in the process is to complete the Scope Form. This can be done online or in a Discover Meeting with our team. When completing the form online, the user will be guided through a series of questions with supporting videos. After the Scope has been collected a corresponding price and quote with supporting information will be emailed to the customer ready for review and approval.
2. Review & Approve the Quote
The quote will be delivered via email and valid for 30 days, it will contain all necessary information around pricing and scope. Our team will be available should you have any questions. An important part of the quote is to approve the scope, provide a purchase order, pay the upfront 50% invoice for the Start Up Costs so the installation can commence.
3. Establish the Data Base & Servers
The type of hosting selected determines the requirements. If the customer hosted environment has been selected, it is the responsibility of the customer for the establishment, set up and management of the databases and servers required for the installation at site. Should the cloud option be selected, our cloud partner team will be in touch with your IT team ready to stand up the environment.
The environment selected needs to be complete and ready for the configured solution to be installed and connections made. The specifications required by site Information Technology representatives are attached to the quote and available on the support page.
4. Configure & Install the Software
We will configure the software in line with the scope established. As we start the configuration it is now a good time to socialize to the end user group that a new Downtime & Defect Elimination Solution is coming.
5. Training & Commissioning
Now that the configuration is complete, and the software is now uploaded and now working on your site it is time to let the team know it can be used and training videos are available directly in the software.
