The Solution

The OEE Solution includes scoping and verification, configuration, commissioning, training and project management. The all-inclusive approach ensures low impact on site resources.

Our OEE solution is one of the most advanced measurement techniques used for increasing asset performance and overall production. The solution combines our unique Production OEE design that has been built using the theory of constraints, lean principles, and the production equation to convert a simple OEE measure into a powerful production improvement solution. The solution uses maximum sustainable production (MSP) to measure performance of groups of assets in a constraint model identifying critical losses, that if acted upon today, will increase production output tomorrow.

 

The solution automatically connects to PLCs, data historians, lab data bases and more. The solution combines our OEE model and our unique Defect Elimination solution to discover the production limiting events and provide the framework to investigate, establish corrective actions, and track improvements.

 

Our solution is ideal for setting the benchmark of performance and maximising both asset utilization and production capability. The solution also comes with Integrated reporting that automatically compiles reports and distributes via emails. The solution also has advanced analytics capability with graphs, trends, dashboards, and pivot tables available for users.

 

Not all OEE models are the same. We are the only provider who incorporate the production equation complexity including grade and recovery, allowing us to accurately state metal losses. Concurrent user license's is the maximum number of users who can access the solution at a given point in time. When a user logs off the license is returned to the pool ready for the next user to use.

Analytics Module
The Analytics module offers an advanced analytics layer with dashboards, pivot tables, and assortment of graphs and trends that can be setup by the user for advanced visualization of important data. Data can also be extracted directly to excel.
InterConnect Module
The InterConnect module offers a robust and transparent automatic connection to other software systems required for use by the supporting modules. The module offers a simple visualization page that users can check the status of each automatic connection for verification that the connection is active, online and passing the required data.
Reporting Module
The Reports module offers an integrated reporting layer that automatically compiles reports from multiple sources and distributes via email. Reports can be set up with regards to specific formatting, logos, or templates for sites.
Data Portal Module
Data Portal provides a data management layer that users can administer limits, targets, thresholds, constants, and enter manual data directly into the system based on user level permission.
Studio Tool Module
The Studio Tool module provides users the ability to build their own reports and dashboards within the solution, and share across department, teams or just for an individual user.
CPEM Module
Critical Process & Equipment Management (CPEM) delivers the ability to capture and manage signals and trigger actions based on control limits.
Downtime Tracking Module
The Downtime Tracking module offers the ability to capture and classify downtime or slow running events across the Fixed Plant and Mobile Assets by integrating directly with source systems and allowing the users to input classification.
Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Module
Overall Equipment effectiveness (OEE) module is an advanced measurement module used for measuring performance and increasing overall production based on the production equation. The module manages downtime, slow running, and recovery in a process plant operation and calculation of OEE.
Defect Elimination Module
Defect Elimination is an advanced Module that allows root cause analysis (RCA) to be automatically triggered based on business rules. The Defect Elimination addition provides the framework to investigate loss events using an inbuilt 5Why RCA process, store photos and reports, and assign and manage corrective actions. Defect Elimination can be used as a site’s repository for all Defect Elimination investigations and corrective information.
Metallurgical Accounting Module
The Metallurgical Accounting module offers comprehensive metallurgical accounting and production tracking capability, that includes data validation, user-based security groups, locked periods, reprocessing using a sum of squares model, change tracking and progressive state adjustment as data moves through the levels of confidence and approval.
