The Downtime & Delay Accounting Module supports improvement in reliability, availability, utilisation and maintenance by tracking, monitoring, classifying, and recording key performance data about critical assets and processes within your mine.

This module monitors the status and performance of an individual piece of equipment or entire process areas. Downtime and slow running events are created automatically by the system in real-time when equipment is not operating to pre-configured targets. Standard metrics are provided out-of-the-box to help streamline and prioritise preventative and corrective maintenance activities such as mean time to failure (MTTF) and mean time to repair (MTTR) as well as overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

Working together with Optimum's other modules, the data from downtime can be used to drive Defect Elimination and improvements in crushers, concentrators, SAG mills, autoclaves, flotation equipment, transport and conveying, and general production performance.
