The Downtime Module supports a reliability-centric view for assets and process areas. Working together with Optimum's other modules, the data from Downtime can be used to make real improvements in the operation.
This module monitors the status and performance of an individual piece of equipment. Lost time events are created automatically by the system in real-time when not operating to pre-configured targets. Standard maintenance metrics are provided out-of-the-box to help streamline and prioritize preventative and corrective maintenance activities.

The Downtime module provides insight into effective Maintenance Management with metrics such as Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), Mean Time to Failure (MTTF), Overall Equipment Effectiveness ( OEE) and Up Time.
