Solutions are offered as a Turnkey solution that includes scoping and verification, configuration, commissioning, training, project management. The all-inclusive approach ensures low impact on site resources.     

Software support is provided 365 days a year through the ITIL compliant serviced desk. Users can raise a ticket 24/7.    

Solutions are offered in a range of languages based on a user’s profiles and preference.  

Downtime Measures are the number of measurement points available to be deployed under the solution that will automatically measure stoppages, or slow running events based on specific equipment, assets or areas.     

Solutions come with automatic connection which is the ability to automatically connect to other software systems in use, these can be Data Historians, SCADA, LIMS, Other Data Bases and more.     

Concurrent user licences is the maximum number of users who can access the solution at a given point in time. When a user logs off the licence is returned to the pool ready for the next user to use.  

The solution has an advanced analytics layer with dashboard and pivot table capability, along with the ability to graph, trend and manipulate connected data. Data can also be extracted directly to excel. 

The solution has an advanced reporting layer with the ability to compile complex reports and email to defined distribution lists. 

The Data Management Layer provides a user administration ability of limits, targets, thresholds, and the entry function of manual data based on user level permission.

Studio tool provides user the ability to build their own reports and dashboards within the solution and share across department, teams or just for an individual user. 

Defect Elimination is an advanced addition that allows root cause analysis (RCA) to be automatically triggered based on business rules. The Defect Elimination addition provides the framework to investigate loss events using an inbuilt 5Why RCA process, store photos and reports, and assign and manage corrective actions. Defect Elimination can be used as a site’s repository for all Defect Elimination investigations and corrective information.

Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is an advanced addition that aligns to production critical performance. By using the production equation OEE can identify the constraint and highlight only losses that directly impact production. Based on business rules, OEE can also trigger Defect Elimination investigations.

Asset Health Management is an addition that measure specific critical equipment parameters and leading indicators. This addition provides insight into the health of the asset and when acted upon improves reliability. (Examples – Mill oil analysis, bearing temperatures etc)

Process+ is an addition that measure specific critical process parameters and leading indicators. This addition provides insight into process management and when acted upon improves recovery and process stability. (Examples – Mill grind size, reagent addition etc)
